Will I get wet?
With high speeds and endless spins there is a chance you may get sprayed and splashed. That is half the fun! We recommend wearing clothes you wouldn’t mind getting splashed and do have free ponchos available to borrow if desired.
What can I take on the boat?
At high speeds, you will be holding on with 2 hands for most of the ride. Phones are not advised as they may get lost or damaged and all other valuables can be left in storage in our office. Go Pros are welcome if secured to you.
What if there is bad weather?
Jetboating is fun in most weather conditions from sunshine to light showers and moderate winds. It is important to us that you enjoy your experience to its maximum potential and return with your family and friends in the future so we will not operate our tours if weather conditions are going to impact your enjoyment or safety. We will cancel our tours in consistent heavy rain and extreme winds. In this situation we will contact those booked in and arrange a reschedule or full refund.
Height and age?
To join our Jetboat tour, children must be 5 years old and at least 100cm tall. Any children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the boat.
